Bulk Billing Policy
Effective from 3 November 2025
Monday to Friday
Dr Jaimie Ho, Dr Catherine Song & Dr Joe Wang: Bulk bill all patients with a valid Medicare card.
Other doctors bulk bill for: DVA card holders, Health Care, Pensioner & Commonwealth concession card holders, Patients under 16 years, Childhood & COVID vaccinations, Eligible GP Management Plans.
Sundays
Dr Catherine Song bulk bill all valid Medicare card holders that also registered MyMedicare with our practice (Excludes telephone consultations). Dr Arthur Huang charges a gap fee on Sundays, at the doctor’s discretion and depending on individual circumstance.
Private Billing
All other patients are required to pay the full fee on the day. Medicare rebates are processed immediately at payment.
Additional Fees
Additional charges apply for Cervical Screening and other procedures. Final billing is at the discretion of each doctor.

After your appointment you will be required to pay the TOTAL FEE and we will claim your Medicare rebate at time of processing. You can receive your Medicare rebate immediately if you using a physical debit card+PIN. Credit cards will take 2-3 days to process refund from medicare.
* Non-Attendance Fee of $30 is payable if a patient does not attend their appointment or if the appointment is cancelled with less than four hours notice. –You will not be able to make further appointments if the fee is not paid.
