We have heard your feedback! From 1st November 2025, we will start bulk billing all GP consultations for valid Medicare card holders on a trial basis. Procedures will still attract out of pocket fees. Please enquire about the new fees when you next visit us.
All fees are at the discretion of individual practitioners. All the doctors operate independently when consulting at MyHealth. They are not an employee of the practice; hence, they maintain full professional autonomy in the treatment of their patients.

| Cancellation/ No Show Fee
If patients do not attend their appointments and fail to cancel within 2 hours of their scheduled appointment. Patients will not be able to make further appointments if the fee is not paid. |

All payments are processed electronically and if you provide a PHYSICAL DEBIT BANK CARD (with a linked bank account + PIN) we can process your MEDICARE REBATE instantly. Otherwise, you can claim the rebate back from Medicare using the receipt provided
